We place special emphasis on the economic results that our clients can achieve with our guidence and also to the quantified satisfaction improvement and loyalty of their own clients .
Our projects go from change management, the installation of client relation systems, processs improvement and redesigning, surveys and systems improvement related to the working atmosphere and clients’ satisfaction as well as strategic planning.
Among the approach and techniques we use are: Lean Six Sigma and Management and Excellence Models such as the National Quality Award and the Latin American Management Award.
Our History As a natural evolution from Instituto de Calidad Total S.A. created in 1991, we are a limited company devoted to giving advice to manufacturing and service companies.
Our work is based on the experience of Raúl Molteni and Oscar Cecchi applying their programs, especially Quality Circles and Lean Techniques in the 80’s, continuous improvement processes or total quality in the management models in the 90’s and Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and Triz in the last decade.
