In small and medium-sized companies it is easier to get people on board since everyone \u2013or almost everyone\u2013 knows each other and, moreover, the management is more visible and accessible.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">In this article, we will share the case of an improvement project for a real estate agency in Uruguay that managed to increase its turnover by 70% compared to the previous year in just two months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 18pt; margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">The objective<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">In 2021, the real estate agency in question called us with a very clear objective. They needed to grow. vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Additionally, we established agreements regarding the priorities to be addressed and went over the basic issues of the processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38;
