This mismatch between what is proclaimed and what is actually practiced creates a perception of falseness among employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The Danger of a Fictitious Culture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a company declares values and principles that are not reflected in its day-to-day operations, a fictitious culture is generated.
